Within the frames of the visit to the Republic of Austria, the delegation of the State Agency for Religious Issues met with Head of the Integration Department of Fundamental Issues in the Federal Ministry of European Integration and Foreign Affairs of Austria, Mr. Michael Girard.

Within the frames of the visit to the Republic of Austria, the delegation of the State Agency for Religious Issues met with the newly elected president of the Islamic Union of Austria, Yume Voural. The visit of the Georgian delegation to the newly elected president was the first official meeting.

The delegation of the State Agency for Religious Issues continues visit to the Republic of Austria. At the Federal Chancellery of the Republic of Austria, the representatives of the Agency met with head of the state structure working on religious issues – Mr. Oliver Hannahapell.

At the Administration of the Government of Georgia the meeting between the chairman of the State Agency for Religious Issues Zaza Vashakmadze and the Ambassador of the Republic of Germany to Georgia Mr. Hubert Knirsch was held.

On the occasion of Hanukkah celebration the event was held in Tbilisi Great Synagogue which was attended by the Prime Minister of Georgia Mamuka Bakhtadze, Chairman of the Parliament Irakli Kobakhidze, State Minister for Reconciliation and Civic Equality Ketevan Tsikhelashvili, Minister of Education,
