t the Administration of the Government of Georgia the Prime Minister of Georgia Giorgi Kvirikashvili together with the religious leaders of the Administration of Muslims of All Georgia and the chairman of the State Agency for Religious Issues Zaza Vashakmadze held a meeting with Azerbaijani religious leader Sheikh Islam Haji Allahshukur Pashazade and other members of the delegation.

It is a celebration of prosperity and renewal of life. Yezidis believe that on this day the archangel Tousey Malak will make a touchdown from heaven and bless the earth and in every family as a sign of diversity the eggs are painted in different colors.

On April 16, the chairman of the State Agency for Religious Issues Zaza Vashakmadze attended Easter liturgy at the Holy Trinity Cathedral of Tbilisi that was conducted by Ilia II, His Holiness and Beatitude, Catholicos-Patriarch of all Georgia. The liturgy was attended by the PM of Georgia and the representatives of the executive and legislative bodies. 

On April 16, for celebrating Easter a solemn service was performed at the Armenian Apostolic Church that was attended by the believers. The chairman of the State Agency for Religious Issues Zaza Vashakmadze congratulated the parish on Easter holiday. 

Today, on the 11^th of April at the Administration of the Government of Georgia the chairman of the State Agency for Religious Issues Zaza Vashakmadze met with the Turkish religious leader of Shia Sheikh Selahattin Ozgunduz, Imam of the city of Duseldorf, Germany and the chairman of the European Union of the Learned Muslims Muhamed Mujahid. Today, on the 4^th of April at the Georgian National Museum the Memorandum on Cooperation has been signed between the chairman of the State Agency for Religious Issues Zaza Vashakmadze and the director of the Georgian National Museum Davit Lortkipanidze

Today at the Administration of the Government of Georgia a meeting between the chairman of the State Agency for Religious Issues Zaza Vashakmadze and the head of the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization Dr. Abuzar Ebrahimi Torkaman has been held. On the 28^th of March the chairman of the State Agency for Religious Issues Zaza Vashakmadze met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Estonia to Georgia Ms. Kai Kaarelson.
