The delegation of the State Agency for Religious Isses, the chairman of the Agency, Zaza Vashakmadze and the head of the Legal Maintenance Office, Davit Davitashvili met with the International Director of the Billy Graham Organization, the head of the Rapid Response Chaplain Team, Josh Holland, the deputy director, the law enforcement chaplain, Eric Hubbard, and the law enforcement chaplain manager, Lieutenant David Rutledge.

The Board of Directors introduced the Agency's delegation to the activities of the organization, the various areas of service for their chaplains, including the specifics of chaplaincy with police, sheriff's departments and other law enforcement agencies. It was noted that Billy Graham's evangelical association is one of the most powerful religious organizations, whose charitable and chaplain services are known throughout the world.

At the meeting, they also talked about the specifics of the service of chaplains working with rapid response groups during accidents and natural disasters. It was emphasized how important it is to create a space for spiritual support during large-scale disasters. Chaplains are always ready to comfort the victims and help the groups working there to maintain spiritual strength.

The hosts showed the Agency's delegation their material and technical base, including the most field-proven support center in practice - a truck worth half a million dollars, which is fully autonomous and provides full support during natural disasters, both for rapid response teams and victims.
