The chairman gave an in-depth introduction of those activities and work fulfilled by the state concerning the issues of interest to the guest as well as the decisions made by the government and the agency in 2016. They also talked about cooperation with relevant structures of the US.

Rayan Koening noted that as a result of the meetings held so far with the representatives of religious organizations one can conclude that cooperation between the agency and different confessions is fruitful and by the establishment of the agency relationship between religious organizations and the state became easier.

Rayan Koening asked Zaza Vashakmadze to provide corresponding documents for annual report preparation of the US Department of State. The chairman offered the guest to ask for the same kind of information from religious organizations as well.

At the meeting the parties also talked about conducting International Conference on religious issues jointly.
