On the 27^th of December on the initiative of the US Embassy a working meeting was held at the State Agency for Religious Issues.

The chairman of the State Agency for Religious Issues Zaza Vashakmadze and US Embassy Political Officer Rayan Koening discussed several issues, in particular, they talked about current situation in the field of religion, religion-based terrorist acts in Turkey and Germany, the current situation in the world in this regard and the reasons thereof.

In addition, the chairman of the agency provided the guest with additional information regarding several issues for the annual report of the US Department of State.

In the end, Zaza Vashakmadze and Rayan Koening talked about the details of preparing the joint international conference and the issues to be discussed at the conference.
