Today, on the 4^th of April at the Georgian National Museum the Memorandum on Cooperation has been signed between the chairman of the State Agency for Religious Issues Zaza Vashakmadze and the director of the Georgian National Museum Davit Lortkipanidze. The above mentioned document envisages planning and implementation of the joint programs focused on the development of the activities related to the raising public awareness and studying various religious amd traditional cultural values.

The both sides will provide implementation of the joint programs on the issues related to the freedom of religion and belief, public lectures and seminars and other activities that will help to increase awareness on freedom of religion and belief in the society.
