Today on the 28^th of November at the Administration of the Government of Georgia the next session of the “Recommendatory Commission on Financial and Property Issues of the Religious Organizations” under the State Agency for Religious Issues was held. The meeting was attended by the representatives of the Georgian Orthodox Church, Armenian Apostolic Church, Muslim community and Jewish community.

Out of 34 petitions of the Georgian Orthodox Church two were flawed, two were decided as negative, five issues weren’t discussed and the rest 25 -  were decided positively. From the 24 petitions of the Muslim community all the 24 were satisfied (during the last two years 150 houses of worship were transferred to the Muslim community). Two petitions from the Armenian Apostolic Church and one  - from the Seventh Day Adventists were positively decided at the session. Regarding the Jewish community a petition of transferring a synagogue to them was satisfied by the commission.
