Today, the representatives of the Armenian Apostolic Orthodox Church celebrate the glorious Resurrection of Christ. Archimandrite Zaven Yazichian conducted a solemn service at the Surb Echmiadzin Cathedral in Tbilisi. The solemn service was attended by the Head of the Diocese of the Armenian Church in Georgia, Archimandrite Kirakos Davtiani. Sozar Subari, MP of Georgia, congratulated Armenian citizens on Easter.

The Chairman of the State Agency for Religious Issues, Zaza Vashakmadze, on behalf of the Government of Georgia, the Agency, congratulated the clergy of the Armenian Apostolic Church and our Armenian compatriots on Easter and wished them progress and prosperity. Giorgi Ukleba, Deputy Chairman of the State Agency for Religious Issues and Sandro Shekiladze, an employee of the Legal Maintenance Service of the Agency attended the solemn service.
