Visit of the Delegation of State Agency for Religious Issues to the Republic of Austria has started. Head of the Agency Zaza Vashakmadze, Senior Specialist of Strategic Research, Analysis and Regions Department, Sergo Parulava and Senior Specialist of Legal Support Service Valerian Liluashvili visited Georgian Davit Aghmashenebeli's parishion. Representatives of the Agency met with head of the St. David Aghmashenebeli Church of Vienna - Ivane Ilya Chaduneli and the representatives of the local Georgian parish and community. The meeting was attended by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia to the Republic of Austria - David Dondua and Embassy Envoy - Giorgi Tabatadze.
Zaza Vashkmadze introduced the religious policy of the State of Georgia to the participants of the meeting and discussed the events implemented by the Religious Agency in this direction. The meeting was held in question and answer mode. Local parishioners expressed their desire to expand the church or build a new one because of the multitude of the parish.
At the end of the meeting, the participants and leader of the meeting, Ilya Chaduneli, thanked the delegation of the Agency for their visit and expressed desire to cooperate in the future.
